Introduction:
Milling chamber is composed by adjustable inner cooling rotor, jacket stator, spiral return flow tank, dynamic separate. The material(indicate by red arrowhead)go into A miling area first through piping, then go into B area, after second milling go into C area. The material flow out through dynamic separate, while the abrasive medium return to A area through spiral return flow tank to form full travel closed circulation.
Features
1.This grinder is a new type of high-efficiency grinder. The spirally arranged burnisher and cone tube structure enables the mutual applied forces between the grinding medium to be much stronger and more durable. This strong extrusion force and the shearing force is the force that il is difficult for the ordinary grinder to achieve. 2.It has the advanced double-water internal cooling system. The satisfactory cooling effect also can be achieved even though the tap water is used in the hot weather in the South.

For the principle machine, the frequency control is used to realize the soft startup. For the different materials the user can select the corresponding speed to achieve the optimum grinding effect.
4. For the grinding cylinder, the high wear-resisting alloy steel is used and this is a key technology for this equipment.
