Applications of APO
To operate water pump (all types) automatically for raising water:
from underground to reserve tank,from underground to overhead
tank,from reserve tank to overhead tank. How APO Works?
This product is designed to automatically operate water pump, which
ensures constant reserve of water in storage tanks.
The operation is based on very low voltage DC signal from the
contact of levels of liquid. The rise and fall of liquid level
actuates the level sensors. The signals from the sensors are
received by the Main Control Unit (which can be placed as far as
300 meters from the tank). This unit provides necessary outputs of
water pump automation.
Automatic Water Pump Operator switches on the pump when the water
level in the storage tank drops below pre-set low level (On Point)
and switches off the pump when water level rises up to pre-set high
level (Off Point). Pump also switches off when the sump water is
exhausted before filling overhead tank, pump running dry, mains
voltage fluctuations (in special models).
The system is very versatile, A number of tailors madevariations
like control of multiple tanks, or multiple pumps are possible.
