The material in tray is fed through a pusher mechanism from charging towards discharging end of the furnace, passing through different zones. The furnace is controlled by automatic temperature controllers independent for each zone, which assure temperature uniformity up to +/- 5 deg C. The furnace works efficiently even at a temperature up to 1000 deg. C.
