The system is capable of controlling every parameter for up to 10 drums indipendently; and SUKON DATA BANK stores every aspect for years.
Storing temperature, volume and other information provides ease for later processes.
Computerized control system provides different and indipendent pages of screen for each drum including all setup and control options.
date, time, water output temperature, number of the drum in progress, water amount and system status can be obeserved from the control screen interactively. Those values are kept in the memory of SUKON, in any circumstance.
Drum setup; is capable of controlling all parameters like digital inputs and outputs, as switches, buttons that are used in control system elctrically and electronically.
Security:
All system and data are locked by a security code , which only lets authorized personel to read.
System never lets water forwarding over set temperature. n case of an attempt of an erroneous process, warns the operator by mentioning the error and prevents from the process inconvenience. Also; while mixing or forwarding water if the process can not be ended because of negative condition of a parameter, the system subsequently stops the process and warns the operator.
System shows the functional and nonfunctional parameters, for the noperator to observe the origin of the malfunction.
Archive:
The system; automatically stores the date and time of 50 malfunctions in 5 different pages. This data is stored in the archive until an authorized personel deletes by using the security code. By the help of this option, it is possible to observe and solve malfunctions, follow the operators working status, truly and securely
n need each drum can be fed with cold water, for this pressing take cold water button once is enough. After this; by pressing start button, cold water will be forwarded to the drum and the system will not try to adjust the temperature..
