VESMA LLC
Vesma is a part of a holding structure, dealing with production and
trade of agricultural products, with traditions since year 1989 and
offices in Bulgaria Plovdiv city and Ukraine Kherson city. The
subject of our activity is spreading out to marketing, chartering
and freightage of vessels for transporting the agricultural
production to our clients.
We supply trade companies and producers with the following
products:
wheat bran in bulk ( coarse and pellets ); feed wheat; sunflower;
sunflower meal (coarse and pellets ); soybean; raps barley corn
sugar beet pellets; and many more.
We accomplish our dispatches under the conditions of INCOTERMS 2000
as follows:
FAS; FOB; C&F; CIF. The shipments are made as parcels from 1
000 up to 5 000 MT. The origin of the exporting cargo is Ukrainian,
Russian and Moldvian.

Global food is also a part of holding structure, dealing with trade
activity of whole product categories of Vesma LLC. Company is
located in Istanbul-Turkey, and is directly in contact with buyers
all over the world (direct supplier).
OTHER GROUP COMPANIES:
Global Traiding is established in 2003 year with the purpose of
producing agricultural goods as wheat, barley, sunflower, corn and
raps. At the moment they are cultivating 7 000 dka agricultural
land, all areas under irrigation, in Plovdiv region. They have own
technical equipment for cultivation of the land, dry house,
electronic weighing machine and storehouse with a capacity of 4 000
tons.
Trakia Grain is established in 2003 year, with a purpose of
executing a trade activity exporting agricultural production. The
exported goods are produced or buyed up by them. They are exporting
by automobile, sea and railway transport.
Agroholding is created in purpose to fulfill the needs of the
holding structure for buying agricultural goods on the territory of
Ukraine, gathering it in storehouses and preparing the export. It
is registrated in Kherson city, Ukraine and it works mainly with
sea port Kherson. Agroholding is in a leading position among the
grain traders, working with sea port Kherson and dealing with
mentioned products.
Agroproduct maintains the storehouses and the granulating process,
with a possibility for own packing of the wheat bran in bags.
Agroproduct has own storehouse in Kherson city with a capacity of
25 000 tons for grain. The possibilities of accepting and
expedition of goods from the storehouse are 2 000 tons for
acceptance and 2 000 tons for expedition for a twenty-four- hour
period.
