Beijing CEG Industry & Trade Co. Ltd is a leading Leaf Spring
Production Line Equipment manufacturer. The company derived from a
research and development team, CEG Automobile Leaf Spring
Engineering, at the University of Science and Technology of Beijing
(USTB). The key members of this team started research on leaf
spring rolling machine in early 1980s by joining a national project
of importing the Hille taper leaf spring rolling mill from England.
CEG started with providing commercial parabolic rolling machines,
i.e. taper leaf spring rolling machines in 1992 to the Chinese
domestic market. Since then, there have been near forty (40)
clients who are using CEG machines in their production. Some
clients have purchased equipment from CEG for up to eight (8) times
due to its quality machines and professional services. CEG's
clients inlude APM Spring SDH BHD in Malaysia, PT IndoSpring Tbk in
Indonesia and Zar Spring Manufacturing Co. in Iran, in addition to
more than thirty large-and-medium size spring makers in China. The
company started from manufacturing parabolic/taper leaf spring
rolling machine as its flag product, and has developed several
other automobile leaf spring equipments, including leaf fatigue
testing machine (manual and hydraulic), stiffness classification
machine, assembly line, stress shot-peening machine and furnaces.
CEG has currently more than 40 highly skilled colleagues including:
professors, senior engineers, engineers, senior technicians and
technicians. Half of them have degrees of PhD, Master, Bachelor and
University Diploma respectively, majoring in computer science,
hydraulic and mechanical engineering. Some of its senior employees
have many years of overseas experience. The company has been
equipped with a full suit of manufacturing and test facilities. In
addition, backed by USTB, CEG is able to deliver high quality
equipments and professional services to the leaf spring industry.
